[infinite possibilities]* for ExxonMobil Fall 2009
During one semester, I successfully lead a team of five in developing a public relations campaign proposal for ExxonMobil. We surveyed more than 500 individuals, conducted extensive secondary research, and planned an extendable campaign to meet the challenges presented to us by ExxonMobil. After presenting our campaign at ExxonMobil’s headquarters, my team’s proposal was chosen by ExxonMobil and Weber Shandwick executives as the winner from five student agency presentations.
Branding project for Kickin‘ the Streets Corporate Social Responsibility
Plan for sponsorship, funding, and expansion Fall 2009
In my corporate social responsibility course, I worked with a team to create an effective strategy for identifying potential sponsorships and corporate partners to fund Kickin’ the Streets - a local non-profit. Our plan included ideas for partnerships, fundraising opportunities, local and national sponsors, resources for volunteers, and other unique brand elements.
Campus Charge-Up Social Justice and Sustainability
Mobile Solar Panel Project Fall 2008
I worked with a team to develop a proposal for specific uses, benefits, and cost savings derived from the use of mobile solar panels recently purchased by the university. Our proposal included research and implementation of a a solar charge-up station where students could charge their portable devices while on campus.

I perform up to 15 hours of research a week for a law firm specializing in intellectual property. In my research I utilize online resources and databases, traditional print resources, as well as specialized trade publications specific to the client or patent in question. I also assist with various tasks necessary for the daily function of the law firm.

At H.O.P.E. Farm I was responsible for managing the community garden and teaching a class in the garden during the summer camp. Additionally, I gave the boys and administrators at H.O.P.E. Farm ideas and a plan to turn the produce from their garden into marketable products and established relationships with community members who continue to volunteer with H.O.P.E. Farm.
